TREASURIES-30-yr bond up over a full point
NEW YORK, June 17 (Reuters) - The U.S. 30-year Treasury bond rallied over a full point in price on Wednesday as a rally first spurred by a weak reading on inflation gained some steam in afternoon trade.
The long bond was up 1-2/32 and yielding 4.41 percent. Rates on the benchmark 10-year note were down at 3.6 percent, off nearly 40 basis points from an eight-month high of 4 percent hit just last week.
