Nissan ups FY global sales forecast to 3.3 mln cars

YOKOHAMA, Japan, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Nissan Motor Co (7201.T: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday that it had raised its forecast for global vehicle sales for the year to March to 3.3 million units from 3.080 million.

Nissan also said it expected the dollar to average 90 yen and the euro to average 131.6 yen this financial year.

Nissan in May assumed an average dollar rate of 95 yen and euro of 125 yen for the full year to March 31, 2010. (Reporting by Chang-Ran Kim)
