Banks to author own capital recovery plan-official
WASHINGTON, April 23 (Reuters) - Any bank needing to raise capital as a result of U.S. government stress tests will be looked to produce its own capital recovery plan, and regulators will judge whether such plans are adequate or realistic, a regulatory official said on Thursday.
That procedure is standard practice in the supervisory process, said the official who spoke on condition of anonymity. (Reporting by Mark Felsenthal and Karey Wutkowski)
