Global Radio to buy GCap for an agreed 375 mln stg
LONDON, March 31 (Reuters) - Privately-owned Global Radio said on Monday it had agreed to buy Britain's GCap Media Plc GCAP.L for 375 million pounds ($745 million).
Global Radio said it would pay 225 pence per share for GCap, Britain's largest commercial radio group. The pair had been in talks about a deal at 225 pence. (Reporting by Dan Lalor; Editing by Paul Bolding)
