Yorkshire Water plans sterling benchmark bond -IFR

LONDON, July 3 (Reuters) - Water utility Yorkshire Water Services [YORWA.UL] plans a sterling benchmark bond, IFR reported on Friday.

Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC are to manage the issue and Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC and Banco Santander are joint bookrunners and lead arrangers, IFR said.

The deal will be launched subject to market conditions, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

Yorkshire Water Services is rated BBB by Standard & Poor's and A- by Fitch Ratings. (Editing by Hans Peters)
