New Issue-Kellogg Company sells $750 mln in 7-yr notes

 May 18 (Reuters) - Cereal and convience foods maker Kellogg
Company (K.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday sold $750 million of seven-year notes
in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters publication.
 Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and J.P. Morgan were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
