New Issue-Brazil sells $500 mln global bonds

  March 7 (Reuters) - Brazil on Wednesday sold $500 million
global bonds due 2017 in a reopening of an existing issue, said
market sources.
 The total amount outstanding on the bonds is now $2.525
billion.
 HSBC and Deutsche Bank were the joint bookrunning managers
for the sale.
