HBOs Plc sells $2 bln 10-year notes

NEW YORK, May 15 (Reuters) - HBOs Plc (HBOS.L: Quote, Profile, Research) on Thursday sold $2 billion in 10-year subordinated notes, said International Financing Review.

The 6.75 percent 10-year notes were priced at 99.584 to yield 6.808 percent, or 295 basis points over U.S. Treasuries, said IFR, a publication of Thomson Reuters.

The joint lead managers on the sale were Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Dan Grebler)
