New Issue-CRH America sells $650 mln in 10-yr notes
July 16 (Reuters) - CRH America Inc, a subsidiary of CRH Plc (CRH.I: Quote, Profile, Research) (CRH.L: Quote, Profile, Research) (CRH.N: Quote, Profile, Research), on Wednesday sold $650 million of 10-year notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
Citigroup Global Markets and JP Morgan were the active bookrunning managers with Barclays Capital and BNP Paribas Securities were the passive joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
