New Issue-Terremark Worldwide sells $420 mln notes

 June 17 (Reuters) - Information technology provider
Terremark Worldwide Inc (TMRK.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday sold $420 million
of eight-year senior secured first lien notes in the 144a
private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Credit Suisse, Jefferies, and RBC Capital Markets were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
