New Issue-Praxair sells $500 mln in 1-yr floating rate notes
May 20 (Reuters) - Industrial gas provider Praxair, Inc. (PX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday sold $500 million in 1-year floating-rate notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
Citigroup and the Royal Bank of Scotland were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
