New Issue-Westpac Securities NZ sells $1.5 bln notes

 May 20 (Reuters) - Westpac Securities NZ Ltd, a unit of
Westpac New Zealand Ltd [WBCNZ.UL], on Thursday sold $1.5
billion in three-year notes guaranteed by the government of New
Zealand, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 Barclays Bank and Citigroup were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
