New Issue-Virginia Electric & Power Co sells $350 mln in debt
June 23 (Reuters) - The Virginia Electric & Power Company, a unit of Dominion Resources (D.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday sold $350 million of senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and Scotia Bank were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
