New Issue-Time Warner Cable sells $1.5 bln 30-years
June 24 (Reuters) - Time Warner Cable (TWC.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday sold $1.5 billion of bonds, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, and Mitsubishi UFJ were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
