New Issue-Virgin Media Finance $750 mln 7-yr notes

 May 29 (Reuters) - Virgin Media Finance PLC, a unit of
Virgin Media Inc (VMED.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Friday sold $750 million in 7-year
senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
 The notes will be guaranteed by Virgin Media Inc.
 J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, RBS, BNP
Paribas, HSBC, and Calyon were the joint bookrunning managers
for the sale.
