China's Xi supports Seoul's efforts to resume talks with North Korea

BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese President Xi Jinping told his South Korean counterpart Moon Jae-in on Thursday that China supported the new South Korean government's efforts to restart dialogue and contacts with North Korea, state news agency Xinhua said.

The two were meeting in Germany ahead of a summit of the G20 group of nations.
