KARGOZARAN

- Ali Asghar Soltanieh, Iran's representative at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said the latest round of talks with IAEA to resolve the remaining outstanding issues over Tehran's atomic work were "positive and constructive".

ETEMAD-E MELLI

- Four Iranian embassy staff were wounded in Baghdad after gunmen opened fire on their car, an official from Iran's embassy in Iraq said.

SARMAYEH

- By ordering a change in banks' interest rates inflation could not be controlled, Secretary-General of Iran's Central Bank Mohammad Ali Bahmani said.
