CEZ group eliminated from 2nd Turk power grid tender
ANKARA, Nov 6 (Reuters) - A consortium of Turkish Akenerji (AKENR.IS: Quote, Profile, Research) and Czech CEZ (CEZPsp.PR: Quote, Profile, Research) was eliminated from a privatisation tender for Turkey's Yesilirmak power grid, Turkey's Privatisation Administration (OIB) acting chief Ahmet Aksu said on Friday.
Turkey's Privatisation Administration (OIB) is auctioning off three electricity distribution grids on Friday. The Yesilirmak power grid in northern Turkey had a consumption of 4,063 Gigawatt hours in 2008, according to data on the OIB website.
Akenerji was down 4.17 percent at 13.80 lira and CEZ was down 1.98 percent at 1227 GMT. (Reporting by Hatice Aydogdu)
