FRANKFURT, May 14 (Reuters) - The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks on Wednesday:

DEUTSCHE BANK (DBKGn.DE: Quote, Profile, Research)

An eight bank syndicate including Deutsche Bank could soon agree a deal to sell up to 9 billion pounds of debt underwritten in KKR's 2007 purchase of Alliance Boots. Book-building on the as yet unfinalised sale has indicated a price of around 91 percent of face value, the Financial Times reported. [ID:nL14209098]

DEUTSCHE TELEKOM (DTEGn.DE: Quote, Profile, Research)

The German Finance Ministry on Tuesday dismissed as "speculation" a newspaper report suggesting a merger of Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom (FTE.PA: Quote, Profile, Research). [ID:nN13313657]
