LONDON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil differentials in the Northwest firmed on Tuesday and the Novorossiisk port on the Black Sea reopened for limited operations after a three-day weather shutdown, traders said.

Oil lifting and berthing operations resumed at Russia's main export hub for Urals MED crude oil on Tuesday, with two loaded tankers able to move out and lifting on previously berthed tankers resumed, a port source said. [ID:nL3348540]

Russian oil refining runs fell by 4.1 percent on a daily basis in September from August, and by 1.0 percent versus the same month last year, Energy Ministry data showed. [ID:nL3601311]
