LONDON, July 3 (Reuters) - Poor gasoline refining margins
and weaker demand for crude in floating storage due to a
narrowing of contango kept Nigerian differentials under pressure
on Friday.
"Demand from the United States isn't there and floating
storage doesn't seem to be an option anymore so Nigerian is
really going down now," one physical crude trader said.

dated BFOE plus 90 cents, traders said.

 * Indian Oil Corp (IOC) bought via tenders 1.0 million
barrels each of Nigerian Erha and Escravos grades for September
loading from European trader Trafigura, trade sources said.

Escravos was pegged at dated plus 60 cents.
India's largest state-owned refiner also bought 1.0 million
barrels of Tunisia's Zarzaitine and 1.0 million barrels of

 * India's Bharat Petroleum Corp issued a tender on Thursday
to import up to 3 million barrels of crude for deliveries in
August-September. The refiner is seeking up to 2 million barrels
of sweet crude for August-September deliveries and 1 million
barrels of sour grade for September loading. Grade offers are
due on Wednesday next week with price offers due on Thursday,
and they remain valid until Friday, they said. [nDEL492662]
