Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on Nov 4

 MILAN, Nov 4 (Reuters) - The following factors could affect
Italian markets on Wednesday.
 Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot

 FIAT (FIA.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Chrysler, the U.S. automaker which is under management
control of Fiat, presents its 2010-2014 business plan.
 
 On Tuesday, Chrysler said its sales in the United States
fell 30 percent in October to 65,803 units. [ID:nWEN5975]
 
  * OIL REFINERS
  Azerbaijan's state oil company Socar plans to take a
"substantial" stake in an Italian oil refinery next year, its
chief executive said on Wednesday. [ID:nSP278630]
 
 PRYSMIAN (PRY.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 The cable maker said New Zealand's antitrust body had
started an investigation to assess commercial practices in the
submarine or underground high-voltage cable market.

 UNICREDIT (CRDI.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Executives of Italy's biggest bank met on Tuesday to discuss
slimming down the company's corporate structure, sources said,
and a union group fears up to 7,000 jobs could be lost.

  * Foundation shareholders supported a plan to simplify its
organisation at a strategy committee meeting on Tuesday, which
included their representatives, Corriere della Sera said in an
unsourced report.
 
  * TELECOM ITALIA (TLIT.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Minority shareholders the Fossati family have written to the
board opposing sale of foreign assets, Il Sole 24 Ore said,
citing the letter. The letter said in part that Telecom Italia's
HanseNet German broadband unit was valued for sale at 850
million euros but should be sold for at least 1.5 billion euros.
The phone company is talks with Spain's Telefonica (TEF.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) on
HanseNet.
 
  * BULGARI (BULG.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 JP Morgan raised its price target for the jeweller to 5.40
euros from 3 euros, rating "neutral".
 
 SMALL AND MID CAPS
 
 MARIELLA BURANI (MBFG.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 The troubled fashion company, whose shares have been
indefinitely suspended from trading, has had contacts with
Korea's group E.Land and other potential investors though no
proposal has yet been made, the company said on Tuesday.
 
 TELECOM ITALIA MEDIA (TCM.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 The broadcaster is looking at several options to cut its
debt as to compensate for the missed sale of its network unit
TIMB, its deputy chairman Giovanni Stella told a conference call
on Tuesday.
 
 TOD'S (TOD.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 The luxury shoe and bag maker could post full-year results
that are above market expectations if the Christmas period goes
well, its chief executive said on Tuesday. [ID:nL3417866]
 
  * ACTELIOS (AA4.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Goldman Sachs cut its price target to 5.5 euros from 6
euros, rating "buy".
