Turkey to hold final tender for 3 power grids Fri
ISTANBUL, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Turkey's Privatisation Administration will hold its final tender for three electricity distribution grids on Friday with companies that submitted bids last month, the board said on Thursday.
The privatisation agency said last month it had received 12 bids for the grids at Osmangazi in northwestern Turkey and Yesilirmak near the Black Sea, and five bids for the grid at Coruh in northeast Turkey.
Companies bidding include Calik Enerji, Akenerji (AKENR.IS: Quote, Profile, Research), Park Holding and Limak Construction.
Osmangazi had a consumption of 5,042 Gigawatt hours in 2008, Yesilirmak posted consumption of 4,063 GWh and Coruh consumed 2,268 GWh last year, according to information on the Privatisation Board's website.
