Iberdrola sees net debt at 25-26 bln eur end-'09
MADRID, June 17 (Reuters) - Spanish utility Iberdrola (IBE.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) sees its net debt at between 25 and 26 billion euros at end-2009, compared with about 32 billion currently, the company said on Wednesday.
This includes the impact of planned securitisation of its tariff shortfall, the company said during a conference call.
The company reiterated it plans 2.5 billion euros of divestments in 2009.
Iberdrola said it has no plans for a capital increase at its Iberdrola Renovables (IBR.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) unit.
