NSea Crude-Forties steady on strong demand
* Shell buys Forties from Total at dated plus 20 cents
* Shell holds 10 of 12 Forties available
* Statoil sells July 9 Oseberg, offered at dated plus $1.00
LONDON, June 19 (Reuters) - Forties crude oil differentials were steady on Friday as unremitting demand from Shell was offset by slightly weaker refining margins.
FORTIES FOT-E
* In the trading window, Shell bought Total's July 5-7 Forties cargo at dated BFOE plus 20 cents, the same price paid by BP for a Forties cargo from Total on Thursday.
* Shell withdrew a bid for July 3-8 Forties at August cash minus 80 cents, which is around dated plus 10-15 cents.
Shell was reported to hold 10 of the 12 Forties cargoes loading in the period July 1-10 with BP holding the other two.
* BP offered a July 11-13 cargo down to dated plus 20 cents on Friday.
NORWEGIAN GRADES
* Norwegian state-controlled producer StatoilHydro sold an Oseberg cargo for July 9 loading, traders said. This was offered at dated plus $1.00 on Thursday.
Statoil offered five crude cargoes on Friday, all for loading in the first half of July, at steady asking prices from Thursday (premiums over dated BFOE)

- Oseberg July 12 at +1.00 (+$1.00)
- Oseberg July 15 at +1.10 (New Offer)
- Gullfaks July 10 at +1.45 (+$1.45)
- Gullfaks July 12 at +1.50 (+$1.50)
- Aasgard July 10 at +0.85 (New Offer)
REFINING MARGINS
* Complex margins for processing Brent in Rotterdam weakened to around $1.06, down from an average of $1.74 over the last five days.
Topping refineries had improved recently as outright crude prices have dipped and light product prices have increased. However, simple refining margins fell to $3.05 on Friday, down from an average of $4.02 for the last 5 days. <REF/MARGIN1>

* CFDs were assessed at the following levels at 1530 GMT (Thursday's levels in brackets):
- 22-26/6 Aug -0.90 (-0.95)
- 29-03/7 Aug -0.91 (-0.98)
- 6-10/7 Aug -0.86 (-0.90)
- 13-17/7 Aug -0.74 (-0.78)
- 20-24/7 Aug -0.62 (-0.62)
- 27-31/7 Aug -0.45 (-0.45)
ICE MINUTE MARKER
