* Urals refining margin narrows

LONDON, Oct 20 (Reuters) - Offers on Urals NWE cargoes moved closer to the last seen prices on Tuesday, but bids in the public window remained wide, and no deals were seen in what traders said was quiet activity.

Urals traders have largely moved into first decade November cargoes, both in NWE and MED, with almost all October barrels placed, data complied by Reuters showed.

URALS

* Urals NWE saw Gunvor offer what records show as one of the final October cargoes at dated BFOE minus 40 cents for Oct 30-Nov-3 delivery, with no open interest.

* Lukoil was seen offering a Nov 9-13 NWE cargo at dated minus 40, five cents narrower than the dated minus 45 last seen price. Glencore was bidding on a Nov 5-9 at dated minus 70 cents.

* Lukoil bid on a Nov 5-9 MED cargo at dated minus 35 cents, wide by 10 cents from the dated minus 25 cents last seen price. Koch bid on a Nov 6-10 MED at dated minus 50.  Continued...
