NSea Crude-Forties steady as more barrels offered ex-STS

 * Vitol offers Forties via STS at dated BFOE minus 15 cents
 * Shell bids equivalent of dated BFOE minus 10 cents
 
 LONDON, June 23 (Reuters) - Forties crude oil differentials
were steady on Tuesday as more oil was offered from floating
storage via ship-to-ship transfer.
 
 FORTIES FOT-E
 * Within the afternoon trading window, Vitol offered a
Forties cargo for loading via ship-to-ship (STS) transfer at
Scapa Flow for July 4-12 at dated BFOE minus 15 cents from the
vessel Abqaiq. On Monday, Vitol sold a cargo from the same
vessel for July 2-4 loading at dated minus 20 cents.
 * Shell holds almost all the cargoes for July 10 and was not
reported to be offering but instead bid August cash minus 70
cents for July 4-12 loading, equivalent to around dated BFOE
minus 10 cents.
 NORWEGIAN GRADES
 * Norwegian state-controlled producer StatoilHydro offered
four crude cargoes on Monday, all for loading in mid-July, at
steady asking prices from Monday (premiums over dated BFOE;
Monday's levels in brackets):
 - Oseberg July 18 at +1.10 (+1.10)
 - Gullfaks July 15 at +1.40 (+1.50)
 - Gullfaks July 18 at +1.40 (+1.50)
 - Troll July 16 at +2.20 (+2.20)
 
 REFINING MARGINS
 * Complex margins for processing Brent in Rotterdam slipped
to around $3.60 per barrel on Tuesday, down from $4.50 on
Monday. <REF/MARGIN1>
 
 SWAPS
 * CFDs were assessed at the following levels at 1530 GMT
  (Friday's levels in brackets):
 - 29-03/7 Aug -0.76 (-0.83)
 - 6-10/7  Aug -0.65 (-0.75)
 - 13-17/7 Aug -0.57 (-0.65)
 - 20-24/7 Aug -0.46 (-0.55)
 - 27-31/7 Aug -0.33 (-0.40)
 - 3-7/8   Aug -0.20 (-0.25)
 
 ICE MINUTE MARKER
 The ICE set its August Brent afternoon marker at $67.25 per
barrel, down from $69.49 per barrel on Monday.
