A2A says two rival lists presented for exec board members

MILAN, March 4 (Reuters) - Two rival lists have been presented for the executive board members of Italian multiservice utility A2A (A2.MI: Quote, Profile, Research), which was formed from the merger of municipal utilities AEM Milano and ASM Brescia.

A2A said in a statement on Tuesday one list was headed by former AEM Chairman Giuliano Zuccoli, while the second list was headed by Renzo Capra, who was chairman of ASM Brescia.
