Mexico closes second oil port due to bad weather
MEXICO CITY, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Mexico shut the Dos Bocas oil exporting port on Wednesday, leaving two of the country's three main crude oil export terminals closed due to bad weather, the government said.
Coatzacoalcos port was shut Tuesday afternoon.
