HOUSTON, Jan 5 (Reuters) - Fog stalled shipping Monday at the ports of Beaumont and Port Arthur in Texas, the U.S. Coast Guard said.

Two vessels were delayed by the pilot association's decision to stop pending improved visibility, the Coast Guard said.

A break in an earlier bout of fog allowed some vessel movements, keeping the queue short. (Reporting by Bruce Nichols; Editing by David Gregorio)
