  March 5 (Reuters) - Kansas City Power & Light Co, a unit
of Great Plains Energy Inc (GXP.N: Quote, Profile, Research), on Wednesday sold $350
million in 10-year notes, said market sources.
  Banc of America Securities LLC and J. P. Morgan were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
