Mexico awards $1.3 bln oil pipe maintenance contract
MEXICO CITY, March 11 (Reuters) - Mexico's state oil company Pemex said on Wednesday it awarded a 10-year, $1.3 billion pipeline maintenance contract to a consortium led by two local firms.
DGMP Servicios, a consortium led by Grupo Diavaz and Mexub, won the contract to provide preventative and corrective maintenance on nearly 1,500 kilometers of pipelines in the Gulf of Mexico as well as onshore in Tabasco and Campeche states, Pemex said in a statement. (Reporting by Robert Campbell)
