ICE resumes OTC energy market trading

NEW YORK, May 15 (Reuters) - The Intercontinental Exchange's (ICE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) over-the-counter energy markets reopened after a power outage shut the trading platform for about three hours, electricity and natural gas traders said Thursday.
