Chavez has "no doubt" Venezuela-US ties will improve
PORT OF SPAIN, April 18 (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on Saturday he was certain that relations with the United States would improve with Barack Obama in the White House.
Asked by reporters at a regional summit whether he expected better ties with Washington under Obama, Chavez replied: "I don't have the slightest doubt" (Reporting by Ana Isabel Martinez; Editing by Pascal Fletcher)
