New Issue-Rochester G&E sells $150 mln in 10-yr 1st mtge bonds

 une 24 (Reuters) - Rochester Gas & Electric Corp, a unit of
Iberdrola SA (IBE.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday sold $150 million of first
mortgage bonds in the 144a private placement market, said IFR,
a Thomson Reuters service.
 Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, and UBS were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
