US Cash Products - Gasolines slip; diesels flat to strong
NEW YORK, March 28 (Reuters) - Gasoline weakened on ample supply and flat demand while diesels were flat to higher on export talk in cash oil product markets east of the Rockies in quiet trade on Friday, traders said.
"Nothing is scheduling," said one Gulf Coast trader.
Gulf Coast gasoline inched down as supplies remained strong and barrels pooled in the region on lack of demand and ample supply in the Midwest keep pipelines quiet.
In the Harbor, lack of motivated buyers pushed prices lower as supply remained strong.
Talk of exports of ultra-low sulfur diesel were seen underpinning stronger prices in the Gulf while Harbor heating oil slipped ahead of the warmer spring weather.
U.S. crude futures fell further midday on Friday as Iraqi oil exports resumed after a major pipeline's flow was disrupted by an explosion on Thursday.
