BRUSSELS, May 14 (Reuters) - The following are mergers under review by the European Commission, and a brief guide to the EU merger process:
APPROVALS AND WITHDRAWALS:
-- CEZ (CEZPsp.PR: Quote, Profile, Research), a Czech energy conglomerate, and MOL MOLB.BU, a Hungarian integrated oil and gas company, create a joint venture to develop gas-fired power plants and related gas infrastructure in Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia (approved May 14)
-- TomTom NV (TOM2.AS: Quote, Profile, Research), a Dutch maker of navigation software and devices, buys Tele Atlas (TA.AS: Quote, Profile, Research), a Dutch producer of digital maps (approved May 14)
NEW LISTINGS:
-- Iberia, (IBLA.MC: Quote, Profile, Research), the Spanish airline, and Singapore Technologies Aerospace jointly buy Madrid Aerospace Services, which services landing gear for Airbus planes (notified May 6/deadline June 12/simplified)
