 SINGAPORE, May 12 (Reuters) - Ascendas Real Estate
Investment Trust AEMN.SI may be in focus on Monday after it
agreed to buy a business park building owned by Creative
Technology (CREA.SI: Quote, Profile, Research) for S$246.8 million ($181 million).
 U.S. stocks fell on Friday as the price of oil set another
record and concerns about the financial sector flared up again
after American International Group Inc (AIG.N: Quote, Profile, Research) reported a
