New Issue-Apria Healthcare sells $700 mln in 5-yr sr notes

  May 21 (Reuters) - Apria Healthcare Group Inc, an indirect
subsidiary of private equity firm Blackstone Group Inc (BX.N: Quote, Profile, Research),
on Thursday sold $700 million of 10-year senior notes in the
144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.
  The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $600 million.
  Bank of America, Wachovia, and Barclays were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
