NEW LISTINGS:
-- U.S. private equity firm Platinum Equity LLC to acquire control of parts of bankrupt U.S. auto components maker Delphi Corp (DPHIQ.PK: Quote, Profile, Research) (notified June 30/deadline Aug. 5)
