CORRECTED - BRIEF-Atos appoints 2 PAI representatives to board

(Corrects to say Pardus and Centaurus own 21.01 pct of Atos, not 23 pct anymore)

July 4 (Reuters) - Atos Origin SA (ATOS.PA: Quote, Profile, Research):

* Says appointed two representatives of PAI Partners to supervisory board.

* names Bertrand Meunier and Michel Paris as the board representatives.

* says PAI Partners would be represented by only one member if its stake in Atos were to fall below 15 pct, and would have no board representation should its stake fall below 5 pct.

* PAI Partners currently holds 18 pct of Atos. The private equity firm joined last month Pardus Capital and Centaurus Capital, which together own 21.01 percent, as top shareholders the French IT firm.

* PAI has said it was not acting in concert with any other shareholder.
