India Tata Motors to price rights issue next week

NEW DELHI, Aug 29 (Reuters) - Tata Motors (TAMO.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), India's top vehicle maker, will determine the pricing and other terms of its planned rights issues on Sept. 2, the company said in a notice to the stock exchange on Friday.

Tata Motors plans to raise 42 billion rupees ($955 million) from two rights issues to help fund its $2.3 billion acquisition of the Jaguar and Land Rover luxury brands. ($1=43.9 rupees) (Reporting by Devidutta Tripathy)
