Continental AG plans turbocharger plant-report

FRANKFURT, April 27 (Reuters) - The world's fifth-largest automotive parts supplier, Continental AG (CONG.DE: Quote, Profile, Research), plans to open its first turbocharger plant by 2011, Automotive News Europe reported, citing a company manager.

Continental plans to decide by the European summer where it will build the plant, Wendelin Kluegl, senior vice president systems & technology powertrain said, according to Automotive News Europe. (Reporting by Peter Dinkloh; Editing by David Holmes)
