Tesoro plans L.A. refinery flaring -filing
HOUSTON, May 8 (Reuters) - Tesoro Corp (TSO.N: Quote, Profile, Research) warned Los Angeles-area pollution regulators on Friday of planned flaring between Sunday and Tuesday at its 100,000 barrel per day (bpd) Los Angeles refinery, according to a regulatory filing.
The notice said the flaring was not due to a breakdown at the refinery. A Tesoro representative was not immediately available to discuss the filing. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
