US Cash Products-Harbor mogas dips on Bayway
NEW YORK, April 18 (Reuters) - Gasoline differentials in the New York Harbor slipped after traders reported that a gasoline-making unit at ConocoPhillip's Bayway returned to service.[ID:nN18210009]
The Bayway refinery's gasoline-making fluid catalytic cracking unit after an unexpected shutdown on Wednesday.
In the Midwest, diesel values remained weak as a wet spring continues to dampen agricultural demand.
"Cold conditions continue to slow field work and planting in the northwest U.S. Corn Belt while areas to the south and east are still waiting to dry out," weather forecaster Planalytics, Inc. said in a recent release.
Marathon's crude oil pipelines into Patoka, Illinois were restarted early Friday morning after being briefly shut due to an earthquake in the area. [ID:nN18212047]
Marathon and Countrymark, who have refineries in the region affected by the quake, both said their refineries were not impacted.
Flint Hills Resources said it will shut a sulfur recovery unit at its 288,000 bpd Corpus Christi, Texas refinery on Friday night. [ID:nN18176537]
