New Issue-EOG Resources sells $900 mln senior notes

 May 18 (Reuters) - Natural gas and crude oil producer EOG
Resources Inc (EOG.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday sold $900 million of 10-year
notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
 Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
