New Issue-Gulfstream Natural Gas sells $300 mln notes

 May 21 (Reuters) - Natural gas transporation and storage
company Gulfstream Natural Gas System LLC, on Thursday sold
$300 million in seven-year senior secured notes in the 144a
private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
publication.
 Citigroup, JP Morgan and the Royal Bank of Scotland were
the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
