Chevron Richmond CA refinery reports flaring--state

HOUSTON, April 29 (Reuters) - Chevron Corp's (CVX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) 243,000 barrel per day San Francisco Bay-area refinery in Richmond, California, reported a malfunction on Tuesday in its lube oil production equipment that triggered flaring, according to a notice filed with state pollution regulators.
