 In accordance with its strategy, ATENOR has in recent weeks
finalised several investment operations which enable it to
enrich and diversify its portfolio of real estate developments.

In Budapest (Hungary) ATENOR has gained control over a number of
plots of land and options allowing the phased construction of
approximately 70,000 m² of office space at the front of Vaçi Ut,
which is the main shopping and office area to the north of the
town.
