BRIEF-Intesa SP unit launches, buys 1.3 bln euro securitisation
MILAN, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Intesa Sanpaolo (ISP.MI: Quote, Profile, Research) said in a statement on Tuesday:
* BIIS unit has launched securitisation of a portfolio of bonds issued by Italian local authorities worth 1.330 billion euros ($1.86 billion)
* BIIS has fully subscribed to the securitisation.
